Complete Reset Windows
Follow the Reset Windows process as usual. When you reach step 13, use the debloat version. Detailed debloating instructions will be provided at that step.
2. Select Skip
Informaton: This error occurs because Windows cannot determine your region due to selecting English (World). You can safely skip this, and it will be fixed in step 4.
To create a local account on Windows 11 without requiring a Microsoft account:
Press Shift + F10 to open Command Prompt during the setup process
Type the following command and press Enter: reg add HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\OOBE /v BypassNRO /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f
Then type the following command and press Enter: shutdown /r /t 0
Your computer will restart and allow you to create a local account during setup.
3. Complete Windows Setup
Setup the rest of Windows setup as you normally would.
4. Change Country Or Region To Your Country
5. Download ShutUp10
Information: O&O Software is a Microsoft partner, meaning the company has been recognized and certified by Microsoft to provide a specific standard of sales and support services for their software solutions.
5. Run ShutUp10 As Admin
5. Apply Only Recommended Settings
Important: ShutUp10 will apply various policies to Microsoft Edge, causing Edge to display "Managed by your organization." You can review these policies in Edge by navigating to edge://policy/. If needed, you can easily undo these changes by clicking "Undo all changes" in ShutUp10.
Portmaster (Optional)
Information: Portmaster is a free and open-source application firewall. Portmaster may conflict with other firewall/filtering software, VPNs, and third-party anti-virus software.
You can enhance your privacy by enabling the Windows Spy Blocker filter on Portmaster.
Information: Your Windows installation is now safely debloated. Avoid running debloating scripts, as they often cause more problems than they solve, particularly the TronScript.
